Our Solution A huge web site split into 2 sections. The front end allows the company to profile themselves and their services/products. The other section is a massive shopping area (over 1000 products) that was secured via a login system. DTS can monitor all their users' activities, what products they were viewing and/or buying, and the user could talk to any department live about sales or product specification. This management information can be used by DTS to support their eMarketing strategy, which was also built into the site. All apects of the site can be managed directly by DTS staff including updating the shopping area, updating products with images and technical downloadable information, updating content/news and their FAQs. The site was highly optimised for the search engines and they achieved high ranking for their specific key words. | |
